Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. All orders are immediately processed and packed in our fully automated fulfillment center, which ensures fast shipping and efficient handling. Because of this automated process, there is no window for manual changes to the delivery details after the order is confirmed.
We recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your purchase. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will usually be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
If you’re not home, the courier may:
– Deliver the package to a neighbor
– Leave it at a nearby pickup point
– Attempt a second delivery

We currently don’t offer scheduled delivery by default. Evening or weekend delivery options depend on the carrier in your region. Contact us if you have specific timing requests.
In many cases, yes. Some carriers allow delivery to pickup points, but P.O. box delivery is not always possible, especially for heavy magnet products.
